2. What happens when the alarm goes off?

When a sensor triggers, the alarm panel immediately transmits a signal to our UL-listed central monitoring station. The operator follows a custom call list — typically calling the premises first to verify, then dispatching police if no authorized person responds. Video-verified alarms receive priority police response in most NH jurisdictions.

3. Can I arm/disarm from my phone?
